Day Fifteen

Before leaving College Station I visited pretty much the only attraction there: the Bush presidential library. The museum had nothing to do with the library but felt to me as self praise for the old George Bush. Whatever. You might wonder what's Yoda doing in the museum. I wonder too ...

In the evening I was in Austin with Chiu. We went to the Congress bridge to watch the famous bats. Some people were shooting a movie there and weren't very cooperative with the huge crowd (i was really surprised) that was there to pay tribute to the thousands of bats going out after their night prey.

The steak from College Station was still lingering on my mind so we went to eat steak in
Austin as well: the Sullivan steakhouse, $45 per steak, and it came ... burnt. Oh man. And the steak in College Station cost only $10.

The night, of course, ended on 6th street.
